"What have you seen happen when someone observes bullying and speaks up?"

Thanks to Micheal Atherton for asking this question. I think it would be helpful to look at this aspect and share experiences. If you haven't seen anything happen what do you think might happen? Are there any examples in history that you can share where someone has spoken up? What happened? How do the observers impact efforts to end bullying?
